Creating tasks

This page walks through how you can create annotation tasks

note

To create tasks you must have the Reviewer or Admin role. For more information about access and permissions, see Roles and user permissions.

How to create tasks

To create a task, follow these steps:

  1. Select Annotate from the left navigation. This page lists tasks you are assigned to and all tasks for your workspace.
  2. Press Create task, which will create a new task and navigate you to the task admin dashboard.

Note: you can also create a task from a specific dataset by following these steps:

  1. Select Datasets from the left navigation. This page lists all datasets for your workspace.
  2. Select the dataset from the list you would like to create your task for.
  3. Select the Linked annotation tasks tab to view a list of annotation tasks associated with the selected dataset.
  4. Press Create task, which will create a new task and navigate you to the task admin dashboard.

Once there, you can manage your newly created task.
